Wouter founded Twinshape in January 2025 to address a question from that experience: does the leadership team fit what the business needs next? Together with Toon Alfrink, co-founder & CTO, he is building Team Due Diligence for investment decisions and Team Optimizer to help ventures build their teams.

Toon holds a bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from Utrecht University. As technical founder of Surebird, he helped reach 30 paying customers in five months. As CTO and co-founder of EnFoldr, he took SaaS to production.

At Twinshape, he brings architecture, AI integrations, product design and delivery.
